Double Glazed Windows Essex

We were pleased to be the first Essex Double Glazing companies in our trading area that installed ‘A’ rated double glazed windows as standard.

As a leading supplier of double glazing in Essex, all of our PVC-U windows are ‘A’ Rated – meeting the highest specification for thermal performance, aiding a greener environment, and providing additional comfort during colder conditions.

Our double glazed windows product range is available as standard in white, rosewood, light oak, and black grain together with a range of new colour options in grey, Chartwell green, Irish oak cream and white grain with the additional optional features of leaded light, coloured leaded light, Georgian grille, and bevelled sealed units.

Our Double Glazed window and Door system is internally glazed and includes as standard the latest multi-point locking systems together with additional hinge protectors to provide our customers with the highest levels of security.

Double Glazed Sash Windows

PVC-U traditional sliding sash windows are also available in a range of colours.

All of our casement window and entrance doors are manufactured to ‘World-class manufacturing’ standards utilising the latest computer-aided manufacturing techniques.

Triple glazed units are constructed using three layers of glass with two air cavities, rather than just two sheets of glass as with double glazing. Our products are all manufactured to “A” Rated specification which includes argon gas-filled cavities together with ‘Planithern Total’ heat saving glass.

The Triple glazed sealed units are wider than the standard double glazed version, expanding from 28mm all the way up to 40mm.

Unwanted noise from outside is significantly reduced with the application of Triple glazing, which means that anything from the roar of an aircraft to road and traffic noise can literally be shut out. Similarly, Triple glazing really helps in situations where you may need to lock the noise in, such as in a music studio or environments where you don’t want to disturb your neighbours.

With energy costs continuously rising Triple glazing further improves the thermal efficiency of our “A” Rated window and entrance door system. The windows help to keep the house warmer whilst using less energy which leads to you saving money on your energy bills.

The additional pane of glass also improves security as it’s even harder to get through three panes! Combined with our shoot-bolt locking, internal beading and additional hinge protection, Triple glazing helps take our product to the highest level of security.

Double Glazed Doors Essex

We offer a full range of doors which include PVC-U entrance and double glazed doors (also known as French windows) in our fully contoured system and these are all available as standard in a wide choice of colours.

Our front doors come with a selection of infill panels offering many different styles and features and can also be fully or half glazed and where required a pet flap can be incorporated if needed!

All our doors are high-security locking and conform to insurance requirements with multi-point locking, internal beading, and safety glass.

As with our windows, all sorts of leaded and colour designs can be achieved, so just let us know your ideas and we will come up with a design to best suit your requirements.

Essex BiFold Doors

There’s no doubt about it Bi-fold Doors have been something of a trend over the last few years. They are a fantastic addition to any room or indeed any project that you are having done.

When fully opened the Bi-Fold doors can transform your room and increase the useable space for you and your family to enjoy. Opening up the doors allows you to ‘Bring the outdoors in’ removing the barrier between your home and the garden, terrace, patio, or balcony.

The possibilities are endless as they can open out or in, left or right and can be divided to open in both directions. The range of colours and opening options are almost unlimited and will be tailored to suit your preferences.

The doors are manufactured in thermally broken Aluminium for superior strength, reliability, and energy efficiency.

Heat saving & toughened safety glass is included as standard so this will help with the energy bills as well as improving security.

You can span large areas often stretching the entire width of property providing a real wow factor.

Double Glazed Bi-Fold Door Security

The quality manufacturers invest heavily in testing their products to make sure that the doors are safe and secure and resistant to the harshest of weathering that we experience.

Research the locking specification and find out what the suppliers are providing as standard, the locks should be multi-point locking with shoot-bolts.

Our conservatories are all individually designed to suit your requirements and range from the lean to style, through to more complex custom designs and shapes. These conservatories are one off bespoke designs and initially generated using computer aided drawings to help our customers envisage the look of the proposed structure.

We manage the project from start to finish and undertake all of the building works to complete the project to your satisfaction. This includes the base work and footings, brickwork, electrics, heating, plastering and also tiling the floor.

In situations where it is required, we can take care of any planning issues or building regulations, including supplying architectural drawings.

The windows and doors are always our high security and energy efficient PVC-u system with energy saving glass, internal glazing and include the latest multi-point locking systems.

Our roofs are constructed using market leading roofing systems which are designed to the highest standards. They are robust and can cope with even the harshest of British weathering!

You can choose from a selection of roof finishes including various polycarbonate options or toughened glass including “Pilkington Active” self-cleaning & solar control glass in clear or blue tint.

Essex Conservatory Refurbishment

We can revitalise your existing conservatory by just replacing the roof, renewing the windows and doors or even both.

By leaving the existing brickwork and footings in place (subject to survey) we are able to modernise and refurbish your old conservatory at a fraction of the cost of replacing the entire structure. A new roof and frames manufactured to modern standards and regulations will certainly brighten the place up and eradicate any leaks or draughts, making it more useable all year round.

Let us know what you intend to use the conservatory for, so that we can design and quote for an appropriate upgrade.

Orangeries are becoming a very popular choice for the homeowner looking for something extra special.

An orangery will transform your property and will give you an extra living and dining space for the family to enjoy all year round.

The new building will normally be constructed using more brickwork and less glass than a traditional conservatory so it tends to blend in with the rest of the house more effectively. This also gives you more useable wall space so you may choose to add some personal touches with some pictures and paintings or maybe that flat screen TV!

In most cases the roof will consist of a solid perimeter (fitted with spot lights internally) with a glass lantern style structure to the centre which captures the natural light, to provide a bright and modern environment.

We will manage the whole project from beginning to end. Where necessary we will be happy to handle any building regulations or planning requirements for you, supplying all architectural drawings.

Tell us what you want, draw us a picture even and then let us design and build you your dream orangery!

We have been in the glass and glazing business for over 30 years and throughout that time have developed in to specialist installers of conservatory and roof products. In the last few years demand for replacement solid roofs and glazed extensions has soared, so whilst we still install brand new conservatories the trend has certainly moved towards refurbishments and extended living spaces.

Improving the traditional conservatory, means that the room can be used all year round and avoids the ‘too hot in Summer’ and ‘too cold in winter’ dilemma. Upgrade the roof to a highly insulated and made to measure solid roof that will transform your occasional use conservatory into a fantastic warm and bright living space.

Industry leaders ULTRAFRAME have developed the roof products to perfectly meet this demand by developing highly insulated, lightweight solid roofs. Glazed sections or opening vents can be incorporated into the solid panels and tiles providing natural light into the room and inside we provide a perfect plaster finish with ceiling lighting

Add value to your property with the warmest, strongest, and safest roofs available and fire tested so that you can rest assured you are making the best investment for your home and your family. We install products that improve your home and enable you and your family to make the most of the space, all year round. Our roof installations conform to building regulations standards and you will be presented with a certificate of conformity upon completion.
