From a slightly tired looking conservatory to a fabulous LIVING SPACE space, finished in time for Christmas! This conservatory in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex has been transformed in a matter of days, it is now a warm, bright and welcoming space that can be enjoyed year round. The original poly-carbonate roof would have been dark, cold and noisy especially when it rained. The worn out frames were not very secure or energy efficient.

The roof, windows and doors have been replaced, all fitted with energy saving glass, along with high security locking. The roof has solar controlled glass that retains heat but ensures that the heat build up is reduced during the hottest of days. We added a pelmet that has been plastered and fitted with down-lighters to provide additional lighting, so that the space stays bright even during the darkest winter evenings.
