Installed in the summer, this solid roof extension in Rayleigh is now being enjoyed as an additional dining and living area. It’s a fantastic addition to the property replacing their old conservatory with loads of natural light and huge patio doors that lead straight out onto the garden. We incorporated matching brick piers so that it blends in with the existing house and designed the new structure with a solid thermally efficient roof system to keep the heat in, that’s durable and low maintenance.

The high pitched ceiling gives a real sense of space and incorporates glazed sections within the roof panels to draw extra natural light.

This is a great investment as it not only adds space but it also adds value to the property too.
